First note: I might start with the wide of this moment. We need to establish where this dumpster is. If we start in a close up then it could be very far away, or very close, we just don't know. I would cut this by either going back to the dumpster in a wide, then back to Sam (homeless girl) looking over, and then back to dumpster close. Or you could cut it dumpster wide to dumpster close up, but you'll need to check continuity on that.
