1. All works made from EditStock footage are required to display the EditStock credit logo — which is included in every download — at the front or back of the video.
    2. EditStock footage may be used for demo reels (in fact, we hope you do this). If a video is on a demo reel, an EditStock logo is not required.
    3. Completed works may be uploaded to personal websites or to video sharing sites such as YouTube, but be sure to include the EditStock credit logo.
    4. License holders may credit completed works with “edited by” and their name.
    5. Please do not credit the names or use any logos of the original filmmakers, cast, or crew. Be sure that your version of the film and the original version of the film are easily distinguishable.

        License Holders May Not

        1. Receive credit in the original work (e.g., on IMDb)
        2. Submit their EditStock projects to film festivals
        3. Sell or redistribute EditStock footage in any way
        4. Use EditStock footage in recorded tutorials or other products (unless the entire audience consists of tuition-paying license holders)

If these terms are violated, your license will be terminated immediately.

          License Types

          1. Single user licenses - The footage is for you to practice. Just you. It may be used on your demo reel, and personal website. You may use the term "edited by" and add your name in the credits. There are some restrictions. You may not credit the original filmmakers, claim credit on IMDB, submit your edit to film festivals, or use the content within any other project.
          2. Influencers - No matter the number of subscribers you have you may purchase a single user license and use the Content in online tutorials, vlogs, and other personal promotional activities (or "influencer" activities) as long as you are not being paid by advertisers or viewers for the content. Influencers must credit EditStock in the following ways: By adding a text hyper link to EditStock.com within the description of the post and by giving a verbal thank you to EditStock or displaying the "Footage Provided by EditStock" credit logo included in your download. If you have an audience of at least 1,000 followers you may apply to our partnership program (https://editstock.com/pages/partner-with-editstock).
          3. Multi-user - aka Educational licenses may be shared with an unlimited number of students on one campus. Multi user licenses are a one-time, royalty free cost, not a subscription. Do not use single user license if you want to share footage with students.
          4. Business license - Footage licensed in this way can be used for product demos, on corporate websites, or for internal testing.
          5. All licenses are described in detail in our Terms of Use
