This four-scene sequence from OVERTIME begins with a “monster” of an opening sequence; in recutting it, editors must navigate the shots’ subtext, add music, and create foreshadowing match-cuts. The montage element will flex editors’ creative muscles, while the dialog scenes will test their precision.
