Description

Two Player is a commercial for Dream Hack, the world's largest video gaming conference annually attracting 300,000 viewers.

Director's Note

The goal of Two-Player is to show video games bringing people together. While the original commercial's cut clocked in at three minutes, it's a fun project to cut down into sixty or ninety seconds.

While editors have some dialog to work with, most of the emotion is created by shaping Ashley's performance, our young lead actress. As the editor, your job is to show Ashley overcoming and ultimately befriending the monster living in her closet. Montages and monster sound effects will be the key to your success.
