OTE (AKA Of The Earth) is a post apocalyptic survival feature placed in a world where every adult has been killed by an epidemic, leaving only children to inherit the earth. The central theme asks if there is a place for innocence in a world where there isn't room for much of anything beyond basic survival.
No one scene by itself is particularly difficult to edit per say. The challenge with OTE is arranging the scenes. When is it day, night? How do you transition? Also there are opportunities for jump cuts, in the same place that an editor could leave a long emotional pause.
OTE is directed by Jacob Motz.
OTE contains no scripted profanity or out-take profanity. There are some adult themes. We believe that this film is appropriate for all college age and, high schools audiences.
