A traveling cult recruits a new female member, Sam. One night the group celebrates Sam's birthday by breaking into a neighborhood home. It is only now that Sam learns about the cult's other obsession - poking though objects with their fingers as a form of destruction. Soon the home they are is is totally destroyed. Then Sam pokes though the one thing that is absolutely forbidden.
This video is shot entirely MOS. The story has no dialog (since it's a music video) and has no performance singing. This makes for an interesting lesson in storytelling. Cut the story together using nothing but images to tell the tale. No two students will have a similar looking cut. This scene has a lot of flexibility.
This video has absolutely stunning cinematography. Large swooping ariels of the desert, golden hour filming of nature, and amazing props and costumes.
Among Us contains some vague adult themes like cults and drug use. We believe that this film is appropriate for all college age audiences, and some more liberal high schools.
